We want you (and your pet) to be 100% happy.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return

  • Send us an email at support@dovapets.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or product? No problem. Contact us, and we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Received the wrong item or something damaged? We're really sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — fast.
